Responsibilities
Answer phones and emails and provide outstanding customer service
Create service requests / dispatches based on customer information, ensuring that all important information is documented
Manage customers’ expectations in accordance with delivery timeframes ensuring
proactive communication
Provide administrative support to the Coordination Team as required
Requirements
Minimum 2 years in a customer support role
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
Demonstrated ability to multitask and balance conflicting priorities
Strong verbal, written, social, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated and a self-starter, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
