Essential job functions
Answer incoming phone requests
Be intentionally kind and surprisingly compassionate when managing customer expectations
Remain an energetic professional throughout the troubleshooting process. Provide options/solutions where necessary
No cold calling required
Create and communicate (both verbal and electronic) small scale estimates based on information gathering
Process approved estimates and provide clear and concise scope of work
Build service requests from the information gathered via email or phone
The want to be a relentless learner in regards to the products and services we provide.
Willing to provide recommendations to the dispatcher to schedule our technicians in an efficient manner.
Emergencies, priorities, etc.
To provide an exceptional and safe experience for all Calgary Lock & Safe customers
Ad hoc responsibilities
The ability to hold a conversation and establish professional phone etiquette
Ability to type 60 WPM
