Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and emails while providing outstanding customer service
Document important customer information and create service requests or dispatches accordingly
Manage customer expectations and maintain proactive communication regarding delivery timeframes
Provide administrative support to the Coordination Team as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support role
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal, written, social, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Job Type: Full-time Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
