We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher. In this role, you will be responsible for daily scheduling of our skilled technicians, managing customer expectations, and identifying areas for improvement across day-to-day operations. Core Job Functions:

  • Daily scheduling of technicians with proactive forward planning and optimal usage of resource

  • Manage customers’ expectations in accordance with delivery timeframes ensuring proactive communication

  • Supervise the status of technicians and prioritise inbound requests

  • Identify areas for improvement across day-to-day operations

  • Be the point of contact and escalation for any service related issues

  • Represent Calgary Lock & Safe with integrity and professionalism

Secondary Job Functions:

  • Identify areas for training and improvement, closing knowledge gaps directly or through collaboration with colleagues and other departments

  • Work with internal departments to generate and provide customers with quotations for basic service calls

  • Create service requests / dispatches based on customer information, ensuring that all important information is documented

Hours of Work:

  • 8-hour shifts as required; 8:00 to 17:00 with 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks (unpaid)

  • Vacation to be pre-booked with sufficient notice in non-consecutive weeks, unless otherwise agree upon prior, as per Company procedures and expectations
